3 Amigos Opera House (3 Amigos Club Mix) (May 2009)

So this is the '3 Amigos', the collective consists of Jellybean, Marlon D and Mena Keys. Of course the beats are tight with excellent percussion; as can be expected. The twist here is that they've used an opera vocal on the top of this...I have a feeling that this will grow on me, or I'll hear it in a club one night and realise how good it is..Mixed feelings at the moment..

New remixes of Beautiful World, I originally heard this track last year and still feel that version is the best (the Monkey Dust Remix). Something about the vocals on this that really does it for me and it has a real garagey feel to it..The Central Avenue mix is more focused on a funky bassline and more authentic sounding instruments...If that makes any sense...

Didn't realise on the first listen how raunchy this one is, the quality vocals and production seem to make this ooze class..There's some really good soulful house music about at the moment, felt it had gone quiet over the last two months but now it is back ready for summer!
