Ok, not quite soulful house per se, more on the funky filtered disco/funky house side of things. As an avid Minnie Riperton fan this was an easy sample for me to spot. It's from a tune called Here We Go speeded up and chopped a little. I've included the Minnie Riperton track as well for those who're interested.
