When the funky house scene was dying off Subliminal started the Subliminal Soul label - as far as I know. This was in the vinyl days..ah the memories...anyway, they put out this wicked release from Mustafa. According to Discogs the vocalist is Natalia Kissoon . And what a vocalist this lady is. She effortlessly takes us through this track which samples Shalamar's fantastic 'Take That To The Bank' I'm an avid old school hip hop fan, I've heard thousands of samples but the way she lays vocals over this puts this in the top 10 for me. Truly does the original justice. This is just baaaaad..
